25 years of making records agree
I’ve been a software developer for more than 25 years, mostly in C#/.NET, SQL Server and Azure. That includes nearly nine years at Deloitte and a year and a half at Allianz Global Investors, building and supporting critical financial systems in capital markets: portfolio and analytics systems where one number that doesn’t reconcile can hold up everything behind it.
I’ve built many applications from scratch and connected systems that were never designed to talk to each other, including financial platforms and data feeds. The common thread is making sure one set of records agrees with another, and saying so clearly when it doesn’t.
I also take independent projects through Upwork: five jobs so far, a 100% Job Success Score and a 5.0 rating. The largest was an integration for a large auto dealer group, pulling data from several systems through their APIs into one dashboard. The client’s review:

Why back-office paperwork
Most small businesses still have someone whose day is spent moving information from documents into software: retyping a purchase order, matching a POD to a load, chasing a client for a 1099, checking a certificate request against a policy. The software on both sides usually exists. What’s missing is the connection between them, and someone with the time to set it up.
AI can now read those documents reliably enough to do the routine part, as long as the result is checked against the business’s own records and a person handles the exceptions. That checking is the part I’ve spent my career on.
What I’m not: I’m not a CPA, an insurance agent, a customs broker or an aviation inspector, and I don’t make the judgements those licences cover. I set up the paperwork so the people who hold them spend their time on those judgements.
How I work
- One industry, one workflow at a time. Each page on this site describes a specific job for a specific kind of business, not a general “AI transformation”.
- Dates, not durations. The quote has a go-live date, and I don’t move it to win a deal.
- In the tools you already use. I add only what’s missing.
- Confidentiality first. Terms signed before any file is sent. Working copies deleted 30 days after the work ends.
- A few clients at a time, so every date holds.
