For freight forwarders and NVOCCs
Commercial invoices and packing lists, without the retyping.
We pull the data from the commercial invoices and packing lists in your email and fill in the shipment in your forwarding system, leaving only the exceptions for your documentation team.
Magaya, CargoWise or your own system. Based in Boca Raton, so we can sit with your team in Miami, Doral or Fort Lauderdale.
| Check | Status |
|---|---|
| Shipper, consignee, notify party | Entered |
| 12 lines, total value $48,320 | Lines add up |
| Gross weight vs packing list | Differs |
| Schedule B code, line 7 | Missing |
Your docs team retypes what's already on paper
- Every shipper has its own layout. Invoices and packing lists arrive as PDFs, spreadsheets and scans, and someone keys each line into the shipment.
- Small errors cause holds. A weight that doesn't match or a missing code means rework, delays and calls from the client.
- Volume comes in waves. When the documents pile up, the team falls behind or the work goes offshore.
What your documentation team sees
The shipment is filled in from the documents. What doesn't agree between the invoice and the packing list is flagged with the reason.
| Field | Commercial invoice | Packing list | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consignee | Distribuidora Andina SAS | Distribuidora Andina SAS | Entered |
| Pieces | 22 cartons | 22 cartons | Entered |
| Gross weight | 1,840 kg | 1,912 kg | Differs |
| Line 7 Schedule B code | not shown | — | Missing |
CI-2207: 2 items for your team. The packing list weight is 72 kg higher than the invoice, and line 7 has no Schedule B code. Everything else is entered.

How it works
- A free audit of your documentation desk, in person in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach, or on a screen-share. You get a written offer: scope, fixed price and go-live date.
- We connect your documents inbox to your forwarding system. Shipments are filled in as documents arrive, or an import file is produced.
- Exceptions go to your team. Mismatches, missing codes and unreadable scans are flagged, never guessed.
- Optional monthly support. New shippers and new layouts are added as they come.
What this is not
- We don't classify goods, choose codes or file with customs. Your team and your customs broker decide.
- We don't replace your forwarding system.
Questions forwarders ask
Do you work with Magaya or CargoWise?
Yes, and with other systems. Where a direct connection isn't available, we produce a file your system imports.
Documents come in Spanish and Portuguese too.
They're read the same way. The fields are entered as your system expects them.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. We're in Boca Raton and can meet anywhere in South Florida.
What does it cost?
Connecting your documents inbox to Magaya, CargoWise or your own system is integration work, which starts at $3,000 per workflow. Setup that needs no integration, in tools you already use, is priced between $1,500 and $3,500, depending on your volume and your tools. Optional monthly support starts at $300. Every price is fixed and in writing, after your free audit and before you commit.
Your documents
We sign confidentiality terms before you send a single file. Software does the reading and matching, and a person reviews the setup and every exception before it reaches your staff. Your documents are processed only on systems we control, or through AI model providers whose contract terms bar them from training on them and limit how long they can keep them. We delete our working copies 30 days after the work ends unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
Who's behind Fullpaper Labs
Fullpaper Labs was founded in Boca Raton in 2026 by a software developer with 25 years of building systems where the data has to reconcile, including nearly nine years at Deloitte and time at Allianz Global Investors on capital-markets systems, and many integrations between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
