For independent insurance agencies
Certificate requests, read, checked and ready for a CSR to approve.
We read each certificate request from the shared inbox, pull out the holder and what they require, and check it against the coverage on file for that client.
The certificate is prepared for your CSR to approve and issue. Anything the policy doesn't support is flagged before it goes out, not after.
| Holder requires | On file |
|---|---|
| GL $1M each occurrence | Covered |
| Additional insured | Covered |
| Waiver of subrogation | Not found |
| 30 days notice of cancellation | Check wording |
Dozens a week, each one by hand
- Five to fifteen minutes each. Read the request, find the client, check the policy, fill in the holder, issue, log. Multiply by every contractor client's every job.
- A wrong certificate is an E&O problem. Showing an endorsement the policy doesn't carry is the mistake that comes back later.
- Requests get buried. They arrive in a shared inbox mixed with everything else, and "we need it today" is the norm.
What your CSR sees
Each request arrives as one line: who's asking, for which client, what they require, and whether the coverage on file supports it.
| Client | Holder | Requirements | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bright Electric | General contractor A | GL, auto, WC; additional insured | Ready to issue |
| Ortega Roofing | Lakeside Property Mgmt | Waiver of subrogation not on file | Flagged |
| Coastline Landscaping | City contract office | Umbrella $2M; on file $1M | Doesn't match |
Ortega Roofing for Lakeside Property Mgmt: the request asks for a waiver of subrogation, and no waiver endorsement is on file. Certificate held for CSR review.

How it works
- A free audit of your certificate workflow. Which agency system you use, how requests arrive, how many a week, and how long each takes. You get a written offer: scope, fixed price and go-live date.
- We start with one shared inbox. Requests are read and checked as they arrive, and certificates are prepared for approval.
- Your CSR approves and issues. Every certificate is checked by a licensed person before it goes out, and every request is logged.
- Optional monthly support. New holders, new requirement wording and more inboxes are added as they come.
What this is not
- We don't issue certificates, change coverage or make coverage decisions. A licensed CSR approves each one.
- We don't contact carriers or certificate holders as you.
Questions agencies ask
Which agency systems do you work with?
Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, HawkSoft and others. How we connect depends on the system and your access, and we confirm that before quoting.
What if a request asks for something the policy doesn't have?
It's flagged with the reason and held for your CSR. Nothing is issued that the coverage on file doesn't support.
Our clients send requests in every format.
Emails, PDFs, contract excerpts and scans are all read. Anything that can't be read with confidence goes to a person.
What does it cost?
Connecting your shared inbox to your agency system is integration work, which starts at $3,000 per workflow. Setup that needs no integration, in tools you already use, is priced between $1,500 and $3,500, depending on your volume and your tools. Optional monthly support starts at $300. Every price is fixed and in writing, after your free audit and before you commit.
Your documents
We sign confidentiality terms before you send a single file. Software does the reading and matching, and a person reviews the setup and every exception before it reaches your staff. Your documents are processed only on systems we control, or through AI model providers whose contract terms bar them from training on them and limit how long they can keep them. We delete our working copies 30 days after the work ends unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
