For wholesale distributors
Customer POs become draft sales orders. Nobody retypes them.
We read the purchase orders that arrive in your orders inbox, match the customer and every line to your own item list, and draft the sales order in your ERP.
QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, Acumatica or another system. Your order desk checks the flagged lines and releases the order, instead of keying every one.
| Their item | Your item | Check |
|---|---|---|
| CHK-BRST-4OZ | 10442 | Matched |
| RICE JASM 25# | 20817 | Matched |
| OIL CANOLA 35LB | 30155 | Price differs |
| NAPKIN DINNER WHT | — | New item |
Every PO is retyped by hand
- Every customer sends a different layout. PDFs, spreadsheets, scans and plain email, each with the customer's own item codes, not yours.
- Typos ship wrong orders. A wrong quantity or item number becomes a credit, a return and an unhappy customer.
- It costs a salary, and it doesn't scale. More customers means another order-entry hire, not a faster order desk.
What your order desk sees
Each PO becomes a draft sales order. Lines that match go straight in. Anything unusual is flagged with the reason.
| Line | On the PO | Matched to | Qty | Check |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | CHK-BRST-4OZ | 10442 Chicken breast 4 oz | 12 cs | Matched |
| 2 | RICE JASM 25# | 20817 Jasmine rice 25 lb | 8 bags | Matched |
| 3 | OIL CANOLA 35LB @ $31.50 | 30155 Canola oil 35 lb (list $34.20) | 4 jugs | Price differs |
| 4 | NAPKIN DINNER WHT | No match in the item list | 2 cs | New item |

How it works
- A free audit of your order desk. How POs arrive, how many a week, how your ERP is set up, and where the time goes. You get a written offer: scope, fixed price and go-live date.
- We connect one inbox to your ERP. The drafts land where your team already works, under a separate user account.
- Exceptions go to a person. Price differences, new items, unknown ship-to addresses and unreadable scans are flagged, never guessed.
- Optional monthly support. New customers and new layouts are added as they come.
What this is not
- We don't release orders or change prices. Your team approves every order.
- We don't replace your ERP. The drafts go into the system you already use.
Questions distributors ask
Our customers all use different PO formats.
That's the point. Each layout is read as it comes, and new layouts are added without your team doing anything.
Do you need access to our ERP?
To draft orders directly, yes, through a separate user account. If that isn't possible at first, we produce an import file your team loads in one step.
What about scanned or faxed POs?
They're read too. If a scan is too poor to read with confidence, the order is flagged for a person instead of guessed.
What does it cost?
Connecting your orders inbox to your ERP is integration work, which starts at $3,000 per workflow. Setup that needs no integration, in tools you already use, is priced between $1,500 and $3,500, depending on your volume and your tools. Optional monthly support starts at $300. Every price is fixed and in writing, after your free audit and before you commit.
Your documents
We sign confidentiality terms before you send a single file. Software does the reading and matching, and a person reviews the setup and every exception before it reaches your staff. Your documents are processed only on systems we control, or through AI model providers whose contract terms bar them from training on them and limit how long they can keep them. We delete our working copies 30 days after the work ends unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
Who's behind Fullpaper Labs
Fullpaper Labs was founded in Boca Raton in 2026 by a software developer with 25 years of building systems where the data has to reconcile, including nearly nine years at Deloitte and time at Allianz Global Investors on capital-markets systems, and many integrations between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
