For freight brokers
Invoice the day the POD lands.
We match the rate confirmation, BOL and POD for each load from your inbox, build the invoice and the factoring packet from them, and chase the carriers whose PODs haven't arrived.
It works with your TMS or your load spreadsheet. Your billing person reviews the flagged loads and sends the rest.
| Document | Status |
|---|---|
| Rate confirmation, $2,150 | Matched |
| BOL, 18 pallets | Matched |
| POD, signed | Received |
| Lumper receipt, $85 | Check |
Invoice and factoring packet drafted. Lumper fee isn't on the rate con: approve or remove.
The load delivered. The invoice didn't go out.
- Matching is done by hand. Someone opens the rate con, the BOL and the POD for every load and checks they agree before an invoice can go out.
- Missing PODs hold up cash. A carrier forgets to send it, nobody notices for days, and the load sits unbilled.
- Every factoring company wants its own packet. Building it is one more manual step at the end of every load.
What your billing desk sees
One line per delivered load, with what's ready, what's missing, and what doesn't agree.
| Load | Carrier | Paperwork | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 48211 | Carrier A | Rate con, BOL, POD agree | Invoice ready |
| 48213 | Carrier B | Lumper receipt not on the rate con | Check |
| 48217 | Carrier C | POD not received, delivered 2 days ago | Chasing POD |
| 48220 | Carrier D | BOL shows 16 pallets, rate con says 18 | Inconsistent |

How it works
- A free audit of your billing process. How paperwork arrives, which TMS or sheet you use, how long invoicing takes after delivery, and where it stalls. You get a written offer: scope, fixed price and go-live date.
- We connect your inbox to your TMS or load sheet. Documents are matched to the load as they arrive.
- Exceptions go to a person. Mismatched amounts, extra charges and missing documents are flagged with the reason.
- Invoices and packets go out the same day. In your format and your factoring company's, after your review.
What this is not
- We don't decide disputed charges or pay carriers. Your team approves every invoice.
- We don't replace your TMS or your factoring company.
Questions brokers ask
We run on a spreadsheet, not a TMS.
That works. Loads are matched against the sheet, and the status is written back to it.
Will it email our carriers?
Only if you want it to, with wording you approve. Otherwise the POD requests are drafted for your team to send.
What about blurry phone photos of PODs?
They're read too. If one can't be read with confidence, it's flagged for a person instead of guessed.
What does it cost?
Connecting your inbox to your TMS or load sheet is integration work, which starts at $3,000 per workflow. Setup that needs no integration, in tools you already use, is priced between $1,500 and $3,500, depending on your volume and your tools. Optional monthly support starts at $300. Every price is fixed and in writing, after your free audit and before you commit.
Your documents
We sign confidentiality terms before you send a single file. Software does the reading and matching, and a person reviews the setup and every exception before it reaches your staff. Your documents are processed only on systems we control, or through AI model providers whose contract terms bar them from training on them and limit how long they can keep them. We delete our working copies 30 days after the work ends unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
Who's behind Fullpaper Labs
Fullpaper Labs was founded in Boca Raton in 2026 by a software developer with 25 years of building systems where the data has to reconcile, including nearly nine years at Deloitte and time at Allianz Global Investors on capital-markets systems, and many integrations between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
